Gloucester Rugby are running a unique two day rugby camp at Rendcomb College during the Christmas break on Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th December.

The camp is open to all players aged between 7 and 15 and will run from 10am until 3pm on each day.

The camp will include the following elements:

• Handling - the basic principles, advanced techniques and beyond
• Decision Making - the fundamentals of game understanding, evasion and attacking play
• Contact - Tackle technique, rucking, mauling and defensive systems
• Running - the principles of speed and agility
• The chance to meet some of the Gloucester players
• The experience of a lifetime at a unique venue

Not only will participants receive high quality coaching but they will also receive a FREE t-shirt and a match day ticket voucher for a game at Kingsholm. Participants will also receive a hot lunch on both days of the camp!
